Enduro Base: Dynamic group class with functional, high-intensity exercises to boost fitness and endurance.

Flow Base: Kinstretch mobility training (max. 6) for flexibility, joint health, and injury prevention. Perfect for all levels.

Pulse Base: Cardio, light weights, and a feel-good stretch (max. 6) for a balanced, energizing workout.

Strength Base: Controlled resistance training (50% legs) to build strength, posture, and confidence in a supportive vibe.

Sweat Base: High-intensity, full-body workout (max. 10) with light weights and high reps. Fun and empowering for everyone!
